About

ENT and Facial Aesthetic Surgeon | Antalya

Op. Dr. Aytaç Kılıç

Brief Biography

Born and educated in Turkey. Completed medical training at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, followed by specialty training in ENT — Head and Neck Surgery in Turkey.

As a Visiting Student at Harvard Medical School’s Department of Otolaryngology, gained hands-on surgical experience in the operating theatre, assisting in advanced facial and reconstructive procedures.

The practice is based in Muratpaşa, Antalya; surgeries are performed in a fully equipped private hospital in the city. Areas of focus: primary and revision rhinoplasty, fox eye surgery, upper eyelid surgery, otoplasty, and bichectomy.

My Practice Philosophy

Four principles that guide every consultation, operation, and follow-up.

Experience built on repetition

Predictable outcomes in facial aesthetic surgery come from performing the same defined set of procedures consistently — not from occasional exposure to many. Rhinoplasty, fox eye surgery, upper blepharoplasty, otoplasty, and bichectomy are not occasional procedures in this practice; they are what I do, week after week, for patients from the UK, Europe, and beyond.

Surgeon-led clinical decisions, with active aftercare

Day-to-day communication is handled by our patient care team, who respond quickly across time zones from your first enquiry through to your final review. What does not get delegated is the clinical work: every consultation, surgical plan, operation, and follow-up review is led personally by me. Aftercare is not a finishing service in this practice — it is part of the surgery. We follow every patient closely for approximately 18 months.

Honest consultation

If surgery is not the right choice for you, telling you that costs us the case but earns you a trustworthy assessment for years to come. You will carry the result of every decision I make about your face for many years. For that reason, I bring a surgical mindset — not a sales mindset — to the consultation.

Bespoke design — not a fixed style

I do not push every patient toward an undetectable result, and I do not produce a uniform “sculpted” look either. Both extremes exist as valid aesthetic choices for the right patient. What I believe in is designing each procedure for the specific face it belongs to — weighing anatomy, skin type, your stated goals, and the techniques that can be delivered predictably on your structure.

Who This Practice Serves

✓ A Good Fit For

  • Patients who want a surgeon whose practice is concentrated on a specific set of facial procedures, performed regularly.
  • Patients who value structured, professional aftercare with close follow-up for approximately 18 months after surgery.
  • International patients seeking an alternative to high-traffic clinics where individual planning is rushed.
  • Patients whose goals are calibrated to what their anatomy actually allows — whether subtle or more defined.

✕ Not the Right Fit

  • Those who want to decide and operate within 24 hours.
  • Those with extreme transformation expectations that anatomy cannot safely support.
  • Those primarily searching for the lowest possible price.

These are not value judgements — they are clinical compatibility realities.
